The purpose of Africorp’s assessment centre is to behaviourally evaluate specific management competencies required for various positions. This assessment usually goes hand-in-hand with a thorough job analysis and job profiling beforehand. An individual is then placed in 3 hour simulation focusing on specific tasks to complete, enabling Africorp to identify the individual’s Thinking, Management, Personal and Interpersonal competencies related to specific positions.
